Do you believe that something should be done about the racism experienced by Dutch people with an Asian background? Do you also enjoy working with numbers? And would you like to take the lead in applying for grants? Then this role is for you!

Iamprofiled wants to use positivity and creativity to make Dutch people aware of racism against Dutch people with an Asian background. Because this is often a subject that people prefer to avoid, iamprofiled wants to make it as light-hearted and accessible as possible. We do this by organizing various events (both physical and online) and posting social media content on various platforms. Together with the team, we work on a project basis on events or creating content.

This will be a new role within iamprofiled. That is why you as treasurer will have a lot of freedom to come up with your own ideas. Of course we will help you with this and you can always spar with your team!

Your duties as Treasurer:

• Prepare a budget
• Apply for grants from various authorities
• Help with creative projects
• In the future: writing an annual report

Unfortunately, as a non-profit organization we do not (yet) have a budget to reimburse you. We do offer you the following:

• Gain experience in project work
• Making a social contribution to an inclusive society
• Working remotely (our team outings are physical)
• Training (for the time being knowledge sharing of team members, but we would like to set up training for external parties)
• You may have your name signed under the Chamber of Commerce of iamprofiled (foundation)
